School Story:

I have many memories of school to choose just one to share. However I will never forget those who took time to say "Hello" in the halls whenever I passed, even if I wasn't part of their social group. I've learned through my life that it's the "little things" that mean the most.

It's truly amazing how quickly 20 years has gone by. After graduating High School I attended CEU for 1 year and then moved to Cincinnati Ohio to work as a nanny. After that adventure I wasn't sure as to what direction I wanted my career to go, I tried my hand at many different things from waiting tables, cosmetology, child care, bookstore clerk and etc. In 1996 I graduated from CEU with an Associates in Science.

In November 1996 through May 1998, I had the privilege of serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon) in the Philippines Baguio Mission.

Upon returning home from my mission I found employment at the College of Eastern Utah Library, where I am currently employed. Utah State University and the College of Eastern Utah have officially merged, so we are now known as the USU-CEU Library. After many years of searching I found a career that I truly love. I am the Public Services Manager. I enjoy learning new things every day as well as meeting new people. I also have the opportunity of being reunited with old classmates when they have chosen to return to school. I am currently working on my bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Sociology from Utah State University. Upon completion I will continue my education in order to receive a Master's Degree in Library Science (MLS) from North Texas University through the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).

Although I have not had children of my own, I am the proud Aunt of 14 wonderful nieces and nephews.

I want to thank those who had a hand at creating this webpage. I have enjoyed catching up with those of you that touched my life so long ago.
